Privacy Policy
DoMenu is developed by Maksim Larchanka, an individual developer ("we"). This policy explains what data the app handles, why, and what you can do about it. Contact: [email protected].
The short version
- Without an account, DoMenu keeps everything on your phone and sends nothing to our servers.
- With an account, we store what is needed for sync, family sharing and Premium: your name and e-mail from Apple or Google, your dishes, recipes, cooking history and dish photos, your devices and your subscription status.
- No ads, no analytics SDKs, no tracking, no selling or renting of data.
- You can export everything and delete your account from inside the app at any time.
1. Using DoMenu without an account
The catalog, recipes, cooking history, reminders and starter suggestions work entirely on your device. This data is stored only on your phone and is not transmitted to us. If you delete the app, this data is deleted with it.
2. What we collect when you sign in
Signing in with Apple or Google is optional and is required only for Premium features. When you sign in, we process:

We do not collect your location, contacts, health data, advertising identifiers or anything else not listed here.
3. Camera and photo library
The app asks for camera or photo library access only when you add a photo to a dish. Photos are stored on your phone; with an account they are also uploaded to our storage so your other devices and your family can see them. We never access your library beyond the photo you pick.
4. Who processes the data for us
We do not run our own servers. The following providers process data on our behalf, under their own security commitments:
- Supabase (database, file storage and authentication), hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany).
- RevenueCat (subscription management). It receives your account identifier and store purchase receipts. Card and payment data are handled by Apple and Google only and never reach us.
- Apple and Google (sign-in, in-app purchases, push notification delivery via Apple Push Notification service and Firebase Cloud Messaging).
We do not share your data with anyone else, and we do not sell it.
5. How long we keep it
Account data is kept for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, everything listed in section 2 is removed from the live database and storage immediately; residual copies in backups are gone within 30 days. Sign-out of a device removes its push token. Subscription records at Apple, Google and RevenueCat are governed by their retention rules.
6. Your rights and controls
- Export: Settings → Export data gives you a file with your dishes, recipes and history.
- Delete: Settings → Delete account removes your account and all server data. See how to delete your account.
- Devices: Settings → Devices lets you sign out any device.
- Subscription: managed in your App Store or Google Play account.
If you are in the EU, UK or another jurisdiction with data-protection rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection), you can exercise them in the app or by e-mail. We process account data to perform the service you asked for (contract) and, for optional features such as photos and notifications, based on your choice to use them. You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
7. Children
DoMenu is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has created an account, write to us and we will delete it.
8. Security
All traffic between the app and our providers is encrypted (HTTPS). Your data is protected by per-user access rules on the server: one account cannot read another's data, except within a family you joined on purpose.
9. Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. The current version always lives at this address.

1. Использование без аккаунта
Каталог, рецепты, история, напоминания и стартовые подсказки работают целиком на устройстве. Эти данные хранятся только на вашем телефоне и нам не передаются. Удалите приложение — удалятся и они.
2. Что мы собираем при входе
Вход через Apple или Google необязателен и нужен только для Premium. При входе мы обрабатываем:

Мы не собираем геолокацию, контакты, данные о здоровье, рекламные идентификаторы и ничего другого, что не перечислено выше.
3. Камера и галерея
Приложение запрашивает доступ к камере или галерее только когда вы добавляете фото к блюду. Фото хранятся на телефоне; с аккаунтом они также загружаются в наше хранилище, чтобы их видели ваши другие устройства и семья. Дальше выбранного снимка мы в галерею не заходим.
4. Кто обрабатывает данные за нас
Своих серверов у нас нет. Данные обрабатывают следующие провайдеры под собственные обязательства по безопасности:
- Supabase (база данных, хранилище файлов, аутентификация), размещение в Евросоюзе (Франкфурт, Германия).
- RevenueCat (управление подписками). Получает идентификатор аккаунта и чеки покупок из стора. Данные карт обрабатывают только Apple и Google, до нас они не доходят.
- Apple и Google (вход, встроенные покупки, доставка push-уведомлений через Apple Push Notification service и Firebase Cloud Messaging).
Больше мы никому ваши данные не передаём и не продаём.
5. Сколько храним
Данные аккаунта хранятся, пока существует аккаунт. При удалении аккаунта всё из раздела 2 сразу удаляется из рабочей базы и хранилища; остаточные копии в резервных копиях исчезают в течение 30 дней. Выход с устройства удаляет его push-токен. Записи о подписке у Apple, Google и RevenueCat живут по их правилам хранения.
6. Ваши права и инструменты
- Экспорт: Настройки → Экспорт данных — файл с блюдами, рецептами и историей.
- Удаление: Настройки → Удалить аккаунт — удаляет аккаунт и все данные на сервере. См. как удалить аккаунт.
- Устройства: Настройки → Устройства — выход с любого устройства.
- Подписка: управляется в аккаунте App Store или Google Play.
Если вы в ЕС, Великобритании или другой юрисдикции с правами на защиту данных (доступ, исправление, удаление, переносимость, возражение), вы можете реализовать их в приложении или по e-mail. Данные аккаунта мы обрабатываем, чтобы оказать запрошенную вами услугу (договор), а необязательные функции вроде фото и уведомлений — на основании вашего выбора ими пользоваться. Вы также вправе обратиться с жалобой в надзорный орган по месту жительства.
7. Дети
DoMenu не предназначено для детей младше 13 лет, и мы сознательно не собираем их данные. Если вы считаете, что аккаунт создал ребёнок, напишите нам, и мы его удалим.
8. Безопасность
Весь трафик между приложением и провайдерами шифруется (HTTPS). Данные защищены правилами доступа на уровне пользователя: один аккаунт не может читать данные другого, кроме семьи, в которую вы вступили сами.
9. Изменения
Если политика существенно изменится, мы обновим дату выше, а о значимых изменениях сообщим в приложении. Актуальная версия всегда живёт по этому адресу.
