How to delete your DoMenu account
In the app (takes a minute)
- Open DoMenu and go to Settings (the last tab).
- Scroll down and tap Delete account, below "Sign out".
- Read what will be deleted and tap Delete account, then confirm with Delete.
The account is deleted immediately. No waiting period, no e-mail confirmation.
By e-mail
If you can no longer open the app, write to [email protected] from the e-mail address linked to your Apple or Google sign-in, with the subject "Delete my DoMenu account". We delete the account within 7 days and reply when it is done.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile (name, e-mail, identifier)
- The server copy of your dishes, recipes, notes and cooking history
- Dish photos stored in the cloud
- Your family membership, invitations and dinner-match activity
- Your devices and push notification tokens
- The subscription record linked to your account in our system
Deletion is immediate in the live database and storage. Residual copies in backups are removed within 30 days.
What stays
- Dishes on your phone. The local catalog stays on the device, as for someone without an account. Delete the app if you want it gone too.
- Your family partner's copy of dishes that were shared with them.
- Your subscription at Apple or Google. Deleting the account does not cancel Premium. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions before or after deleting, otherwise it keeps renewing.
- Purchase records at Apple, Google and RevenueCat, kept under their own retention rules for accounting purposes.
Deleting only some data
You do not need to delete the account to remove individual dishes, photos or history entries: delete them in the app and the change syncs to the server. To sign out a single device, use Settings → Devices.

В приложении (одна минута)
- Откройте DoMenu и перейдите в Настройки (последняя вкладка).
- Прокрутите вниз и нажмите Удалить аккаунт под кнопкой «Выйти».
- Прочитайте, что будет удалено, нажмите Удалить аккаунт и подтвердите кнопкой Удалить.
Аккаунт удаляется сразу. Без периода ожидания и подтверждения по почте.
По e-mail
Если приложение открыть уже нельзя, напишите на [email protected] с адреса, привязанного к вашему входу через Apple или Google, с темой «Удалить мой аккаунт DoMenu». Мы удалим аккаунт в течение 7 дней и ответим, когда это сделано.
Что удаляется
- Аккаунт и профиль (имя, e-mail, идентификатор)
- Серверная копия блюд, рецептов, заметок и истории готовки
- Фото блюд в облаке
- Членство в семье, приглашения и активность в метче ужина
- Устройства и push-токены
- Запись о подписке, привязанная к аккаунту в нашей системе
Удаление из рабочей базы и хранилища происходит сразу. Остаточные копии в резервных копиях исчезают в течение 30 дней.
Что остаётся
- Блюда на телефоне. Локальный каталог остаётся на устройстве, как у человека без аккаунта. Удалите приложение, если хотите убрать и его.
- Копия общих блюд у партнёра по семье.
- Подписка у Apple или Google. Удаление аккаунта не отменяет Premium. Отмените её в подписках App Store или Google Play до или после удаления, иначе она продолжит продлеваться.
- Записи о покупках у Apple, Google и RevenueCat, которые хранятся по их правилам для целей учёта.
Удалить только часть данных
Чтобы убрать отдельные блюда, фото или записи истории, удалять аккаунт не нужно: удалите их в приложении, и изменение уедет на сервер. Чтобы выйти с одного устройства, используйте Настройки → Устройства.
